The Neighbourhood Plan is the strategic solution to Welford's Development Needs but it will not been in place until late 2014 at best.
Therefore in the interim a tactical defence team has been setup by the Parish Council to help defend the parish from speculative,
aggressive and wholly unwanted developments which would destroy the nature of our village and its surrounding countryside.
